In this role, you'll be responsible for handling various HR tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You'll also manage office supplies, facilities, and general administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly. With your expertise in HR and GA, you'll help us continue to provide exceptional service to our clients and create a supportive workplace for our employees.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle payroll processing using PayrollPlus
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new stock as needed
- Coordinate office facilities maintenance and repairs
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company gatherings
- Support the HR team with recruitment activities and candidate screening
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and General Affairs roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Experience using HR software such as BambooHR or similar
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the wellness or hospitality industry is a plus
