📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to provide information about healthcare services and assist clients with their inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records using our in-house CRM system.
• Process payments and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Assist with data entry and maintenance of client databases.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
