📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and logistics equipment, including machinery, conveyor systems, and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in emergency response and troubleshooting activities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance maintenance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Certification in Maintenance Technician (e.g., CMMS, ISO 45001) is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
