📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and effective production processes.,Lead and motivate the production team to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.,Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control to ensure timely and accurate production.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and implement process improvements.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of leading and managing production teams.,Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
