As a Garment Merchandiser & Follow-Up Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality fabrics, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Your expertise in garment manufacturing will be crucial in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production line. You'll also be responsible for following up on orders, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all production targets are met.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and negotiate with fabric suppliers to ensure high-quality materials are procured at competitive prices.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless production processes.
• Follow up on orders and ensure they are completed on time.
• Monitor production progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain detailed production schedules and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Garment Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in garment merchandising and production management.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
