As the Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of large-scale construction projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of large-scale construction projects
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors and project managers
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
• Monitor project progress and performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations
• Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure the smooth execution of projects by resolving any issues or challenges that may arise

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations management for large-scale construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale construction projects
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Proficiency in using construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project
• Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
