📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the sales, operations, and marketing teams.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align financial goals with the company's overall objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
