📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide accurate and timely interpretation for meetings, discussions, and negotiations between Japanese suppliers and local teams.
• Translate technical documents, manuals, and reports related to manufacturing processes.
• Attend site visits and supplier interactions, offering real-time interpretation to ensure smooth communication.
• Coordinate with project teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Adapt to the fast-paced nature of the manufacturing environment, meeting tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian languages, with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Japanese interpreter, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.
• Professional certification in interpretation or translation from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry terminology.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional and confident demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with diverse teams.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia and the ability to work in Cikarang, Jawa Barat.
