📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to align with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job analysis, sourcing, and selection.
• Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective employee engagement and communication.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related matters and contribute to organizational decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
