Home Leaf Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations. As a Supply Chain Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, order processing, and coordination with vendors and logistics partners.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.,Process and manage purchase orders, including order placement, tracking, and follow-up with vendors.,Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Implement and maintain supply chain policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support business objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives.,Provide supply chain support during peak periods and special projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.,Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
