Rejeki Anggi Electronics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This is an immediate opening, so we need someone who can hit the ground running.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that we meet and exceed our sales targets and customer satisfaction levels.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our brand.
  • Train and motivate staff to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure that all sales transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock turnover.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of products.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and welcoming to customers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems, including POS, inventory management, and CRM.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
