📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update customer records and order history.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly.,Verify order details to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing any order-related inquiries.,Work closely with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or order processing is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Willingness to travel to other regions as needed.
