EMBER Pratama is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products for sale.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning the store.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a retail or store operation environment is preferred.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Willingness to work remotely and follow company policies and procedures.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
