📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure.,Lead a team of system administrators, providing technical guidance and support.,Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.,Provide technical support to end-users, and train them on the use of IT systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in system administration, and recommend improvements to the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of server and network technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.,Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with database technologies, such as SQL Server or MySQL.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
