Data Central Dinamis is seeking a Lead System Administrator to join our team in Deli Serdang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and providing technical support to our employees. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead our IT team and drive our technological initiatives forward.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the availability of IT resources.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our systems.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends, and recommend appropriate solutions for the company.,Ensure the backup and recovery of critical data and systems to prevent data loss and minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Experience with IT security best practices and technologies.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
