📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and development opportunities to help them grow professionally.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute store-specific initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion or electronics industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
