📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to support business decisions.,Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.,Perform internal audits and reviews to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
