Agung Zahra Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our recruitment strategy, helping us build a talented and dedicated team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and supporting new hires. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure we attract and retain the best talent.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure best practices are followed.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
