PT Kusuma Sakti is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Belawan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor our maintenance team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.,Lead and mentor the maintenance team, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of work are maintained.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and perform regular reporting to management.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to protect the health and safety of employees and the public.,Investigate and resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions to operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a maintenance team.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.,Familiarity with maintenance software and systems.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid certification in maintenance or a related field (preferred but not required).,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
