PT Wardhana Elang is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role (internships or part-time positions are acceptable).,Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to speak and write English fluently.
