As a Junior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Prepare and present event menus, including coordinating with the kitchen staff to ensure food and beverage requirements are met.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for the event.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the preparation and execution of event timelines, ensuring that all events run smoothly and on schedule.,Maintain accurate records of event details, including guest lists, menus, and vendor information.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
