📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit clients to collect payments and ensure timely and accurate billing.,Maintain accurate records of all collections and payments.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.,Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to collections.,Report any suspicious activities or potential fraud to the appropriate authorities.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in field collection or a related role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with basic computer software and financial systems.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
