📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and availability.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Manage and maintain user accounts and access permissions.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.,Monitor and respond to IT security threats and vulnerabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
