📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed BIM models for power generation projects using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Ensure all models comply with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design conflicts and ensure model accuracy.
• Prepare detailed construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and construction phase plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in BIM modeling or drafting, preferably in the power generation industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Certification in BIM or related field is a plus.
