📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance.
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained.
• Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and minimize waste.
• Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in restaurant promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
