📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of smelter projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Lead and mentor project teams to ensure high performance and quality.
  • Report project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in the smelting industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
