📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
