📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage key retail accounts, including large retailers and distributors.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the same industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong knowledge of retail sales processes and best practices.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
