📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is prioritized.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials, including proposals, contracts, and presentations.,Manage and maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of sales-related tasks.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales events, trade shows, and meetings.,Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing administrative and logistical support.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings with clients and colleagues.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service and administrative processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a sales environment.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to team success.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
