📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the remote store, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Leading and managing a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Managing inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
  • Ensuring that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
