📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the construction and maintenance of sports facilities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards for all projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of construction and maintenance personnel.
• Use project management tools like Microsoft Project and AutoCAD to plan and track projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and sports facilities management.
• Proven experience in supervising teams and managing projects.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar certification is a plus.
