📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-quality online training sessions using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, videos, and quizzes.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners to ensure they meet the course objectives.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs.
• Track learner progress and provide ongoing support to ensure successful completion of training programs.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions with learners and colleagues.
• Adhere to AION Group International's policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on education or training.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in online teaching or training delivery.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with e-learning platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and support adult learners.
• Ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training materials.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and best practices.
• Flexible and adaptable to work part-time hours.
