📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Train and mentor junior store administrators to develop their skills and knowledge.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Organize and manage store events, promotions, and sales activities to drive revenue growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of store administrators.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate team members.,Proficiency in using office software applications such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
