In this role, you'll be responsible for a wide range of IT support tasks, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network management, and system maintenance. You'll work closely with our manufacturing teams to ensure that our IT systems are reliable and efficient, supporting our production processes and business operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and level 2 IT support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and optimize our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Install, configure, and manage various IT systems and applications, including ERP, MES, and SCADA systems.
• Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide technical support to our manufacturing teams, ensuring that our IT systems are reliable and efficient.
• Work closely with our IT team to ensure that our IT infrastructure is scalable and can support our business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Experience with ERP, MES, and SCADA systems is a plus.
• Experience with network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks is a plus.
