📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition and compliant with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any issues or hazards.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that our facilities support our technological needs.
• Train and mentor staff on facility management best practices and safety protocols.
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Work with the HR team to ensure that our facilities meet the needs of our employees and support a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on commercial or office spaces.
• Proven experience in maintaining and managing facilities in a high-tech environment.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using facility management software such as FM:Pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
